Data collected

Assessment and contact forms

When you fill in a form on this site, the following information may be collected:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Company headcount
  • Your main concern
  • Any message you choose to write

Browsing the site

This site sets no cookies. Audience measurement is handled by PostHog in cookieless mode: no identifier is stored on your device, no browsing session is recorded and no cross-site profile is built. Anonymous statistics are collected — pages viewed, the approximate country derived from your IP address, browser type and the language of the page consulted — for the sole purpose of understanding which content is useful. This data is hosted in the European Union.

Purpose of processing

Data collected through the forms is used exclusively to:

  • Reply to your assessment or contact request
  • Prepare a possible conversation or commercial proposal

Your data is never used for unsolicited prospecting.

Legal basis

Processing of form data rests on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting the form. Anonymous audience measurement rests on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the site working properly, and is limited to what is strictly necessary for that purpose.

Who receives the data

Your data is accessible only to Sébastien MAIMON. It is neither sold, transferred nor shared with third parties, other than the following technical sub-processors:

  • Netlify (site hosting and form submission handling) — data hosted in the United States, covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
  • PostHog (cookieless audience measurement) — data hosted in the European Union.

Retention period

Data from the forms is kept for 12 months from your last exchange with me, unless a commercial relationship is ongoing. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: obtain a copy of your data
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate information
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data
  • Objection: object to the processing
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format

To exercise these rights, get in touch through the contact page.

I undertake to reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the forms is encrypted in transit.
